Welcome to the Successful Student Workshop (SSW)

What is SSW?  It is dedicated time and place for our students to attend to get school work done. We host three grade level workshops staffed by a teacher who is there to help you maximize this your time. If you feel like your student could use some extra time to study, get organized, finish homework, or a quiet place for them to get some school work done before they leave for the day, the Successful Student Workshop is here for you!

Join us every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:45 to 3:30 pm. Make the most of your time and boost your success at SSW! Successful Student Workshop Guidelines

• Students will sign in upon arrival at the workshop.
• Please bring any work you are having trouble with to get help.
• Students are expected to behave appropriately at all times.

Workshop Teachers

• Our teachers are here to help you with any academic difficulties.
• They will take attendance and distribute bus passes as needed.
• Teachers expect students to come prepared and stay focused on their work.

Attendance

• Students can attend Successful Student Workshops any time they need extra time or support to complete work.
• Teachers or parents may request students attend regularly—daily, weekly, or monthly—for academic help.
• No student will be assigned to the workshop as a consequence for misbehavior.
• This space is dedicated to learning and support.
